Attached are some photos of Prime Minister Stephen Harper posing with foster kittens. I brought these photos in to "Rhetorics of Visual Representation" back in September 2007 at the University of Winnipeg. I laughed when I saw them on the Internet.Clearly, Harper's surprise performance with Yo Yo Ma over the weekend did a better job of making him seem genuinely less stiff. The kittens sure are cute though. Enjoy the pics! lol
Wow! This may be going just a tad far so that he looks more "appealing" and less stiff!
